Former Premier League manager Sam Allardyce has praised Jurgen Klopp’s work in recent times. Although he is currently having a poor performance at Liverpool , according to the UFABET.
The Reds just came out with an out-of-class defeat by Napoli with a 4-1 score in the UEFA Champions League. Meanwhile, the league’s performance was not so good as it sits seventh in the table with nine points from six games.
The ex-Everton, West Ham United, Bolton Wanderers, Sunderland, Newcastle United and West Brom man is of the opinion that the Premier League is home to the best managers in the world, and he reserved some special praise for the German, stating that he’s a ‘fantastic’ coach.
However, Allardyce, speaking on the podcast, believes Klopp remains one of the best managers in the league thanks to his success at Liverpool.
“We have the best manager in the world, don’t we? That’s what I’m thinking. The best managers in the world would like to try and work in the Premier League.”
“You have to use your flair to fight against the best people in the world. I had a good record against Jurgen Klopp, except for the last 30 seconds in charge of West Brom, when their goalkeeper came up to score the winner.
“I’ve never encountered this kind of situation before, but yes, I did my job well. But he is a great manager to be at a great club like this,” Allardyce said.
